This one-day Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work accredited course is ideal for workplaces that have deemed themselves as a low risk environment. This session is perfect for beginners giving them the basic skills needed to be a workplace emergency first aider!
What's covered?
Courses can be tailored to suit your business needs. A standard course will cover:
• Responsibilities and reporting
• Assessing the situation
• Dealing with an unconscious casualty
• CPR & AED
• Seizures
• Choking
• Minor Injuries
• Wounds and bleeding
• Shock
• Burns
Duration:
This qualification is normally delivered over one 6-hour session but could be split into smaller sessions. For example, two 3-hour sessions. This course can also be delivered as a blended course - (click here for more details on blended courses)
